MOSAIC’s yoga classes range from gentle, restorative yoga to advanced flow classes; we even train teachers through our Yoga Teacher Training program.

Our yoga classes are comprised of people from many walks of life, and we embrace the uniqueness offered by each. Regardless of your style, we offer a class to meet you where you are.

To help you begin your MOSAIC yoga experience, we offer an introductory special to all new, local students. And once you complete your introductory special, we have a number of class package and membership options for you to choose from.

Yoga For Strength and Flexibility
Varies: Level 1 not heated, Level 2 85º, Level 3 90º

Yoga for Strength and Flexibility incorporates slower, longer holds with a faster flowing Vinyasa that moves fluidly from one pose to another. The class emphasizes stretching and strengthening the of legs, core and arms. This class is designed to improve flexibility, physical strength and general conditioning.  We offer varying levels of this class to accommodate all practitioners.

Therapeutic Yoga for Strength and Flexibility
Heat set at 80º

A Hatha Flow/Therapeutic Vinyasa class focused on one area of the body (changes weekly) to cultivate deeper awareness, strength and length.

Yoga for Mental Clarity
Varies: All Levels not heated, Level 2 80º

Yoga for Mental Clarity is an all levels class that combines the breath with yoga poses in a slow-flowing sequence. This class integrates outward movement and inner awakening through conscious attention to breath and form. The class is designed to improve mental focus and clarity.

Slow Meditative Vinyasa
Heat set at 80º

Slow Meditative Vinyasa is an all levels class that combines the breath with yoga poses in a slow-flowing sequence. This class integrates outward movement and inner awakening through conscious attention to breath and form.

Hot Yoga
Heat set at 105º

Hot Yoga is a Hatha style yoga class comprised of 26 posture series performed in a precise order, set to music, in a room heated to approximately 105 degrees. The focus is on toning muscles, promoting weight loss, reducing stress and increasing vitality.

Restorative
Not Heated

A Restorative practice is a slow and meditative style of yoga that helps to soften our bodies armor and drop into that state of stillness. The postures are usually deeply supported by blankets, blocks or other props and are held for several minutes to help undo the patterns of habit in our bodies. In time and with patience, you will be rewarded with the ability to drop with ease into a place of deep contentment.

Healing Yin Yoga
Not Heated

Healing Yin Yoga is a meditative, gentle yoga class appropriate for all levels, focusing on lengthening the muscles surrounding the hips, pelvis and lower back. Postures are held for 3-5 minutes. In addition to gentle yoga, each class offers the healing potential of subtle energies including Reiki, Light Work and Crystals to compliment your healing intention.

Inspirational Bhakti Yoga
Varies: Levels 1 not heated, Level 2 80º, Level 3 90º

Bhakti Yoga is defined as a spiritual devotion practice. This is a vinyasa style class guided by the energy and intention of devotion.

Veterans Yoga
Not Heated

The FREE Veterans Class is a slow-paced class designed especially for supporting the growth and healing of our military veterans. The purpose of this class is for practitioners to integrate outward movement and inner awakening. By combining yoga asanas (poses) with breath and meditation, one can begin to foster flexibility, relaxation, and self-awareness. This class is a beautiful method to rejuvenate and reinvigorate one’s body. All of the instructors for this class have attended special training on yogasana and its use as a complementary practice for those working with PTSD. We area also happy to welcome any active duty members of the military working with PTSD to attend as well.

Yoga Therapy for Cancer
Not Heated

Yoga Therapy for Cancer is a class designed to increase peace, joy, comfort and power in the lives of those with cancer diagnoses. In this class we will stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system through yogic stretching, breath work and guided meditation. We will also increase balance and mobility with the use of supportive props, build strength and stamina through gentle exercises, and gain greater awareness and connection within our bodies. This class is appropriate for students of all levels, from first timers to experienced yogis. Anyone touched by and living with cancer, whatever stage and whatever phase of the journey, as well as caregivers and health care professionals are welcome and will benefit from this class.

MOSAIC Level 1
Not heated

MOSAIC Yoga 1 is our entry-level yoga class, and is an excellent place to start for those who are brand-new to yoga or for those wanting to revisit the foundational principles of their practice. This slow moving, Hatha yoga class will help you relax, rejuvenate and awaken.

MOSAIC Level 2
Heat set to 85º

MOSAIC Yoga 2 is an excellent choice for intermediate yoga practitioners as it combines breath and meditation with yoga poses in a slow-flowing sequence. Integrating outward movement and inner awakening, this yoga class will help advance your practice and foster a balance between flexibility and strength.

Prana Flow
Heat set to 85º

Prana Flow is a natural progression of the yoga practice. Building upon the yoga postures, various pranayama and bandha techniques are incorporated to help increase inward focus, clarity and transformation.  This class is ideal for those looking not only to advance their understanding of the physical postures, but to learn breathing and meditation techniques to create a well balanced practice.

MOSAIC Level 3
Heat set at 90º

MOSAIC Yoga 3 is a quick-moving Vinyasa yoga class, focusing on poses that move fluidly from one to another. This yoga class also incorporates more advanced poses and uses a combination of heat and fast paced movement to balance, detoxify and exhilarate.

Yin & Reiki Healing
Not Heated

Healing Yin Yoga is a meditative, gentle yoga class appropriate for all levels, focusing on lengthening the muscles surrounding the hips, pelvis and lower back. Postures are held for 3-5 minutes. In addition to gentle yoga, each class offers the healing potential of subtle Reiki energies.
