This time of year, we find a lot of resolutions that challenge the physical body through cleansing, new exercise routines, and detox rituals. Have you ever considered that we are multi-dimensional beings and that the source of true joy far exceeds our physical bodies, requiring a periodic cleanse on all levels? Join MOSAIC for a 21 Day Conscious Cleanse Challenge beginning April 8th, 2017. For 21 consecutive days, we will challenge you to practice yoga every day while you address the clutter in your mind, body, and soul with workshops specifically designed to help you on your cleanse.
We’re offering 3 levels of challenge to choose from. If you complete your level’s requirements.
Level 1- Just 21 days yoga*
Level 2- 21 days of yoga* + Either 21 days of meditation or 21 Days of Clean Eating
Level 3- 21 days of yoga* + 21 days of meditation + 21 days of clean eating
*If you can’t make yoga class, you are allowed to double up the day before or the day after.
April 8th 1-3pm, Conscious Cleanse Kickoff with Sophie Da Silva Hopson
One of the first lines of yoga sutra 2.1 suggests that our yoga practice should work to reduce physical and mental impurities. The first part of this workshop will be a yoga class designed to purify body and mind. The second part will be a reflective exploration centered around gaining a greater understanding of your essence. We will utilize this experience to gain clarity around our intentions in order to maximize the benefits of cleansing mind, body and soul.
April 15th 1-3pm, Conscious Cleanse: Master Cleanse, Seven Chakra Workshop with Erin Ayres
Join Erin for a special 2 hour “master cleanse” seven chakra workshop. This will be a unique and powerful flow, which will activate all seven chakras one-by-one from the root to the crown. This sequential buildup simultaneously cleanses the subtle and physical bodies and will leave you feeling energized and balanced. As an added highlight, the flow will showcase seven peak or challenge poses—one for each chakra—thus, allowing all participants to gain the full array of benefits, which only reside deep within each energy center.

“The Power of Pausing in an Urgent World” A lecture and Restorative yoga practice.
We’ve made life urgent which floods our bodies with stress hormones- Most of us live from this “Red Zone” all of the time. Join Susie for a lecture on how stress hormones (adrenaline/cortisol) effects our bodies, our health and our lives and how we can to tap into and activate the “Green zone” to aid us in resting and digesting. After an eye-opening lecture, you’ll experience it all through a Restorative yoga practice.
